great family stay with a few improvements needed

The family room was spacious and had very comfortable beds, providing a restful night. The family pool area was a dream, perfect for kids and beautifully maintained.

Too many extra charges for using the spa facilities!!! The noise from the nearby race track ruined any chance of a restful getaway!!! The crowded spa made relaxation nearly impossible!!! Looking for better maintenance, especially on the golf course!!!

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent pools, friendly staff, and well-equipped fitness center. I remember my first stay when the staff recommended a great local delivery service. I highly recommend trying the in-room breakfast! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The Barcelo Montecastillo Golf features beautifully decorated common areas, easily navigable for seniors, enhancing overall comfort. The elegant decor created a warm atmosphere, and the spacious layouts allowed for relaxation and enjoyment throughout our stay.

More accessible seating options in common areas would help.

The golf course views were stunning, and I cherished mornings spent by the pool, soaking in tranquility. The staff were inviting, making me feel like a valued guest.

Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby race track was a persistent distraction. Plus, I was shocked to find I'd have to pay extra to access the sauna.

The crepes at breakfast were unforgettable, and I scored big with their incredible local wines! The Two-Bedroom Villa was super spacious, and the exceptional breakfast spread was a daily highlight.

Staff could be a bit too stick to the rules, like when I was given only one room key. Sitting in the beautiful dining area after hours? Forget about it – major buzzkill! Oh, and paying to access the sauna? That's a first for me as a guest!

The location near the Jerez race track felt peaceful yet exciting. The villas provided ample space and were situated in a quiet area, making it a relaxing stay. However, we faced some problems. The outside patio was unclean and covered in mold, making it unusable. The bathroom lacked modern fixtures, and the bathtub was awkward to use. The spa required an extra charge for basic services, which felt inappropriate for a resort. Some areas of the hotel seemed outdated, and maintenance needs improvement. The breakfast offered a variety of options and staff were friendly, but the lunch buffet wasn’t available during our stay. The overall experience was satisfying but could be greatly enhanced with some updates.

We had an awesome time with friends! The golf course was a blast, and we also enjoyed some thrilling moments watching rugby on the professional pitches. The place is a perfect spot for sports and relaxation. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway with friends!

The only downside was that the pool service for drinks was lacking. We had to walk back to the main bar every time we needed a drink.
